Meet our Coaches
Missy Fox
In her 20 years of homeschooling, Missy saw firsthand the varied paths God has for our children. Her own homeschool grads went on to earn degrees in engineering, music, literature, Bible, and political theory, and they averaged $400K apiece in merit scholarship awards. The greatest blessing, though, was that God used their college years to draw them much closer to himself so that they are each serving him joyfully today.
Missy loves helping families through the homeschool-to-college transition, speaking and teaching on high school planning, transcripts, scholarships, test prep, and application essay writing.
Education:
B.S.E. electrical engineering, Princeton University
M.A. Biblical studies, Dallas Theological Seminary

Homeschool courses taught:
AP classes in English, physics, and history, as well as ACT/SAT prep, application prep, essay writing, speech, debate, Greek, and Mathcounts

Subject to availability, Missy helps homeschool families with questions related to high school planning and college applications. Rather than take payment, she asks clients to make a donation to North Carolinians for Home Education.
Anna Fox
Anna has hundreds of hours of experience coaching application prep, SAT/ACT, and homeschooling. During her own college application years, she was awarded over $350,000 in merit scholarships. Today she works as a teaching assistant at NC State University in the English department while she pursues her M.A. in English with a focus on medieval literature. On the side, she teaches speech and debate at a classical Christian high school, serves at her church, and participates in medieval war reenactments. Her awards include 6th place nationally in AMCA moot court legal brief writing, national rankings in Lincoln-Douglas and moot court debate, and perfect scores on the SAT English, ACT English, ACT Reading, and both AP English exams.
